2. Eligibility
You must be:

The legal owner of any items you send to us for valuation and sale.
You confirm that all items are free of any third-party claims (e.g. pawn agreements, finance agreements).
3. Gold Buying Service
3.1 Price Estimate
Our online calculator provides an estimate of the value of your items based on weight and current market prices. This is not a binding offer. Final valuation will be made once we have received and assessed your items.
3.2 Free Postage Pack
Once you submit your request, we will send you a pre-paid, insured postage pack. You are responsible for securely packaging your items before sending.
3.3 Valuation & Offer
When we receive your items, we will test and weigh them to confirm their value. We will then make you an offer by email, text, or telephone.
3.4 Accepting Our Offer
If you accept our offer, payment will be made via your chosen method:
BACS Payment: Usually processed within 24 hours.
Postal Cheque: Sent by Royal Mail.
3.5 Declining Our Offer
If you decide to decline our offer we will return your items, this will be insured and tracked. The postage charge will be payable by (you) the customer.
4. Online Store Purchases
4.1 Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade or bespoke nature of certain items.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will honour the price shown at the time of your order.
4.3 Order Acceptance
An order is accepted only once we have sent you an email confirmation and payment has been successfully processed.
5. Shipping
5.1 Gold Buying Service Returns
Items returned after a declined offer will be shipped via a tracked, insured service. This service will be payable by you.
5.2 Online Store Orders
Standard UK shipping is available, with estimated delivery times displayed at checkout.
Express delivery options may be available for an additional cost.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Gold Buying Service
If you have already accepted an offer and payment has been processed, the transaction is final. We are unable to return your items once payment has been made.
6.2 Online Store Purchases
You have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. engraved jewellery, custom-made rings) are excluded unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
7. Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on all new jewellery purchased through our Online Store, covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, loss, or theft
Alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than us
Where an item is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in handling your items, our liability for loss or damage during transit is limited to the level of postal insurance provided.
We are not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Changes in precious metal market prices after you accept our offer

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your details are used solely for processing transactions and communications relating to our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
